of the art" purpose designed facility in Belgium.
We
take great care to establish the clients exact requirements, with
an equal drive to maintain after sales service.
DESIGNING
THE STRUCTURE
MATERIAL
SELECTION
The
first stage of development is to produce CAD drawings which are subsequently
used to produce cuttings templates. Artist impressions are added to
consider colour options and authenticity.
The
fabric materials are selected from a huge range of BKS Polyester &
PVC stock.
COLOURING
& PRINTING
CUTTING
& SEWING
Where
possible, pre-coloured fabrics are used but there is usually a need
to provide additional colour and design which is apply manually.
Most
cutting and sewing is achieved on computer controlled jigs, but there
is always the need for "hand sewing" of particularly complicated
joins.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
PACKING
AND DISPATCH
Finally
the cut and painted pieces are brought together for final assembly,
together with all the ancilliary equipment, blowers, ties etc.
Our
products are exported around the world in sturdy custom made security
packing cases, ensuring that your structure arrives in perfect condition.
